About Beseam

Being found is not the same as being chosen.

Beseam was built around the buying decision: what shoppers wanted, what they saw, what made the choice harder, what the team changed, and what happened afterward. Observe, Understand, Act, and Learn is how we keep that work connected.

The founder

Built with the reliability mindset behind large-scale systems.

Beseam was founded by Pankaj Kumar, a former Google and Amazon engineer focused on measurement, reliability, and data infrastructure.

For the past year, he has worked closely with ecommerce founders and operators on real stores, following the same buying journey from how products are found, through what helps shoppers choose, to where purchases stop.

The same problem kept repeating: teams could measure traffic, pages, behavior, and conversion, but not easily connect them to the buying decision between being considered and being chosen. Beseam was founded to keep that evidence, the team's decision, the change, and what happened afterward together.

LinkedIn

Built for the people who own ecommerce growth.

Finding, choosing, and buying cross team boundaries. Beseam keeps the shopper signal, supporting evidence, team decision, change, and measurement connected in one operating record.

Product content and merchandising

See where products are hard to find or choose, then inspect the product and merchandising evidence worth changing.

Ecommerce and operations

Connect shopper behavior, store friction, approved actions, and measured outcomes around the same commercial question.

Developers and agencies

Start with supported evidence, affected scope, and a narrower implementation path instead of a generic issue report.

See how Beseam follows one buying decision end to end.

In a 20-minute store review, we use one real finding to show how Beseam connects the evidence, proposes a supported change, and rechecks what changes.
